Can my number get banned?
On the official Cloud API the risk is very low when you message opt-in contacts correctly. We enforce speed controls and template rules for you.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business app?
No. Your number is registered on the Cloud API, so the app is not required.
Can I import my existing contacts?
Yes, through a CSV file. Any extra columns automatically become merge fields.
Can my team use it together?
