Privacy Policy

Last updated: 06 September 2026 WA Suite ("we", "us") operates WA Suite at https://ajontec.org. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. 1. WHO WE ARE WA Suite Contact: support@wasuite.test 2. DATA WE COLLECT Account data you give us: name, business name, email address, phone number, billing details and the password you choose (stored hashed, never in readable form). Data you upload: the contacts, message templates and campaign content you add to your workspace. WhatsApp data: when you connect a WhatsApp Business number we store the phone number ID, the business account ID and an access token (encrypted). We also store the messages sent and received through that number so you can see them in your inbox. Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and login timestamps. We keep a login activity log for security. Payment data: invoice records and a payment reference. Card and bank details are handled entirely by the payment gateway and never reach our servers. 3. HOW WE USE IT To provide the service, deliver your messages through the WhatsApp Cloud API, show you reports, take payment, provide support, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. 4. LEGAL BASIS We process data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and improving it. 5. SHARING We share data only with: - Meta Platforms, to deliver messages through the WhatsApp Cloud API - Payment gateways, to process your payments - Our hosting and email providers - AI providers, only if you switch on the AI assistant, and only the message text needed to generate a reply - Authorities, where the law requires it We never sell your data or your contacts. 6. YOUR CONTACTS The contacts you upload belong to you. You are the controller of that data and you confirm you have consent to message them. We process it only to deliver your campaigns. We do not use your contact list for our own marketing and we do not share it with other customers. 7. RETENTION Account and message data is kept while your account is active. After you close your account we delete or anonymise it within 90 days, except records we must keep for tax and accounting, which we keep as long as the law requires. 8. SECURITY Access tokens and API secrets are encrypted at rest. All traffic uses HTTPS. Passwords are hashed. Two-factor authentication is available and we recommend it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. 9. YOUR RIGHTS You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from your account, or by writing to support@wasuite.test. You can also object to processing or ask us to restrict it. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to your data protection authority. 10. DATA DELETION To delete your account and all associated data, email support@wasuite.test from your registered address with the subject "Delete my account". We complete deletion within 30 days and confirm by email. 11. COOKIES We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure. See our Cookie Policy. 12. CHILDREN The service is for businesses. It is not intended for anyone under 18. 13. CHANGES We will post any changes on this page and update the date above.
