1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of AjonTec™ School ERP System and all its modules provided by Dream Blend Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (DBS).
By accessing or using the system, users (schools, teachers, students, parents, or staff) agree to these terms.

2. Ownership

All intellectual property, software, design, and code belong exclusively to Dream Blend Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the system for their institution’s internal purpose only.

3. System Access

  • Login credentials are confidential and must not be shared outside authorized users.

  • DBS reserves the right to suspend access in case of misuse, non-payment, or breach of terms.

4. Data Responsibility

Each institution is responsible for the accuracy and legality of its uploaded data.
DBS only provides the platform and is not liable for client-side data misuse or entry errors.

5. System Updates

DBS may update features, modules, or policies without prior notice to improve service quality.

6. Limitations

  • The system is provided “as-is” and “as-available.”

  • DBS shall not be responsible for downtime, data loss due to client actions, or third-party service disruptions.

7. Termination

If an institution fails to comply with payment or violates policy, DBS may suspend or terminate the account without prior notice.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Samastipur, Bihar (India) courts only.
