Refund Cancellation

1. Overview

Dream Blend Solutions Pvt. Ltd. strives to deliver high-quality software services. However, due to the nature of digital products, refunds are subject to the following conditions:


2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will be considered only when:

  • Payment was made by mistake or duplicated.

  • Service was not activated within 15 business days of confirmed payment due to DBS fault.

  • A major technical issue (not related to client server/environment) remains unresolved for more than 30 days.


3. Non-Refundable Conditions

No refund will be issued in the following cases:

  • Client changes mind after activation.

  • Delay caused by hosting, domain, or third-party service.

  • License suspension due to misuse, non-payment, or policy violation.

  • Custom development, installation, or add-on modules.


4. Cancellation

Clients may cancel service by submitting a written request 30 days before the renewal date.
Upon cancellation, all stored data will be deleted from DBS servers after 45 days.


5. Refund Mode

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 15–30 working days via the same mode of payment.
